  • Question : Can I use my dental trays with this product?
    Answer : We don't recommend using our Crest Whitening Emulsions with a dental tray, as they haven't been designed to provide brilliant results this way. For best results, we suggest following the direction located in the pamphlet of your kit. If you have additional questions, we hope you'll give us a call at (800) 448-6200.
  • Question : Do I have to give up daily coffee while using?
    Answer : We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes to eat and/or drink while using Crest Whitening Emulsions to ensure the desired whitening results. The duration of your whitening results depends on several factors, such as: your age, the types of foods you eat (coffee, wine, colored foods, etc. may stain teeth), lifestyle habits (smoking, drinking coffee, wine, etc.), how often you brush your teeth, etc.
  • Question : Who has really sensitive teeth on here? Do these make the teeth more sensitive?
    Answer : I have very sensitive teeth. I’ve been using it 1-2x a day for about two weeks now. There is slight sensitivity 2/10.

    Answer : This stuff is like Vaseline on your teeth. You need to dry your teeth with some paper towel first, but keep smiling like Jim Carey from the movie Mask. Hope you don't drool all over yourself. Crest white strips are way better!

    Answer : I have used it for a couple of weeks with no damage to my teeth. Crest is a company that I trust. I have been using only their toothpaste mostly for years!
