Yes. You can program any length of time and them 4 separate times for it to turn on and off. You can also do windows programming and micro dose. We have done 10 seconds every minute over a 12 hour period.

Is this for 2 or 3 wire silinoids?

This timer is for 2 wire silinoids and will work with any basic rainbird sprinkler valve from your hardware store.

Does it work with batteries or do you need the power supply?

This product uses an AC power supply.

Is it possible to use this timer for a 5 second interval?

This timer should be able to programable in seconds increments. You can contact Galcon with the part number and ask.

Are the wires for the valves included?

No, the only wire included is for the AC power. The valves usually come with wire attached to the solenoid.
