- Question : How does this compare to the traderjoe's roasted red pepper/tomato soup? i like the tj's as it is not really acid and not overloaded with basil. thankAnswer : The red Pepper and Tomato is really good and I don't think it has basil in it. There is a tomato and basil flavor which I did not like as much as I thought it had to much basil.. I guess it depends how much you like basil.. I never had TJ's soup so can't compare, but I was pleasantly surprised that the Pacific roasted red pepper and Tom is so good. I love it!
- Question : Do you need to heat it up to eat it?Answer : Nope! The product is perfectly safe to consume right from the carton without heating or cooking.
- Question : Has anyone had trouble with the lid becoming detached, at the mouth of connection?Answer : I order this soup all the time. It's my favorite, and no, the lids have come fully attached and stay that way after opening. Just open it without force and replace the lid if you aren't using the full container at once (I get two servings from one container, for myself only).
