Letting it sit for 15 minutes may give it time to cool down and work again. If it continues to pulsate and not move, then there may be a problem with the wiring or the actuator itself.
- Question : Why is the stroke length of the 12" model show the retracted length as 10" shorter than the extended length?Answer : The retracted length is 10 inches with 2 inches of shaft length exposed. Overall travel length of shaft is 12 inches.

This actuator has both limit switches for extending and retracting, making it easy to use automatic return. For the 10" stroke version, the total extended length is about 24.5 inches, while the retracted length is about 14.5 inches, including the brackets. It is suggested to use a 12V battery to operate this actuator as it has two wires (positive and negative). Unfortunately, the reviews of this product are mixed. One customer found it was smaller than expected; another customer's motor fell off within two months of purchasing, and they were not able to get a response from the seller. Additionally, one customer found it didn't have enough push power, and another customer used it to open a coop door twice a day and it only lasted for a month. Key
