The Dynamic Minipro immersion blender is an excellent choice for anyone seeking an immersion blender powerful enough for small to medium batch jobs. Dynamic has established itself as a reliable brand for several years and as such, customers can have confidence in knowing they are buying a quality product. The Minipro is well built, with a stainless steel detachable blade and housing making it durable and easy to clean. The Minipro is not without its limitations, however. Customers have reported a burning smell and the motor overheating when operating the blender for an extended period. So, it is recommended to use the blender for a maximum of 6-7 minutes at a time, though with smaller batches, a 2-minute cycle may suffice. Overall, the Dynamic Minipro is an excellent investment and among the best immersion blenders on the market. It is perfect for home chefs and commercial kitchens to use for small to medium batch jobs.
