    Answer : Yes, the power supply is actually isolated. I have experienced no noise power source throughout.
  • Question : Why is mine getting more hum than when my pedals were daisy chained? Is it defective?
    Answer : If your power supply is getting more hum than when your pedals were daisy chained, then it must be defective. Mine has zero hum. My pedals hummed more Daisy chained.
  • Question : What is the tip size of the power supply, and can I get a right angle adapter for it?
    Answer : It comes with right angle chords. The 9V outputs are center-pin negative.
  • Question : Can I use any 18V power adapter to power it? The one it came with is a little short in length.
    Answer : Use a 1-Spot power supply cord. They work great.
  • Question : Can the 12v and 18v ports just be 9v?
    Answer : We recommend to use a 9v output for your 9v pedals, depending on the sensitivity of the pedal's power requirements. Pay attention: the extra voltage output may short your pedal!
  • Question : Why does mine make a loud pop in my amp when I power it up, even with the column pedal off?
    Answer : It could be faulty. Try turning on the pedal device first then your amp. If there are noises continuing, like popping sounds and cracking, then the pedal device is bad and should be replaced.
