The Saucony Men's Cohesion 14 Running Shoe is a great buy for runners who are looking for a comfortable and supportive shoe. The shoe is designed to absorb shock while running on hard surfaces to prevent injuries. It is recommended to order a half size larger than your usual size for running shoes. The tongue has a lock to prevent it from sliding sideways, which is a common feature in other Saucony shoes. The heel offset of the shoe is 12mm. The hard soles of the shoe help absorb hard surfaces better, but some customers feel they are not conformed to their feet. Nonetheless, most customers find them comfortable to wear for long periods. In terms of support, a customer attests to using arch fillers with these shoes and finds them to work great.
