  • Question : How many shades does the Pacifica CC foundation come in?
    Answer : It comes in two shades - Warm/Light and Natural/Medium.
  • Question : Does it contain any harmful ingredients?
    Answer : No, it formulated without parabens, phthalates and other harmful ingredients.
  • Question : Is it cruelty-free?
    Answer : Yes, Pacifica products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
  • Question : Which is better the cc cream or bb cream?
    Answer : The CC cream is not so concealing in case you want more coverage. The BB conceals more. I use the CC for the everyday use. Then I use Milani Cream to Powder for fuller coverage.
  • Question : Is it fragrance free?
    Answer : No, it has some kind of a light scent which the packaging does not describe, but it doesn't linger.
  • Question : Does this cover acne/acne scars?
    Answer : Probably not very thoroughly. If they were super light, perhaps, but this is a tinted moisturizer. I would suggest a heavier coverage to cover acne/acne scars.
  • Question : Is this waterproof?
    Answer : No not waterproof
  • Question : Is it noncomedogenic?
    Answer : Yes, it’s noncomedogenic.
  • Question : My pump stopped working after the first use. How do you pry the top off?
    Answer : I got one with a seemingly faulty pump and could not get the top off. After pumping maybe 50 times, I left it for a few days. When I put it upside down on a counter and pumped downward it worked. Worth a try.
  • Question : Is this similar to their dreamy cover foundation? I love it and need something with the same coverage and moisture
    Answer : I haven't used dreamy, but it does have good coverage. I do use a layer or oil free lotion before or blend it with a little lotion to make it more moisturizing.
  • Question : Is this product supposed to come out looking opaque like it does on the packaging? Mine looks piecy and has visible particles.
    Answer : It should be opaque like the picture. Sounds like it may have settled and separated, I would try shaking it real good to remix.

Pacifica 30132 CC Creams Editorial Review

The Pacifica Alight Clean Foundation is advertised as a CC cream but is closer to a foundation due to its level of coverage. It may not be suitable for those who are looking for coverage for acne or acne scars. It has a light scent that does not linger, and it is noncomedogenic. The pump can be temperamental, so it may be worth gently pumping downward to make it work. The makeup does not have waterproof properties. Unfortunately, the majority of reviews have been negative. Some complaints have been regarding defective pumps, not enough coverage, and difficulty blending. Others didn't like the feel and texture of the makeup. There were complaints that the glass bottle design was not user-friendly, and the shades were not matching with their skin. However, there did seem to be some satisfaction with the natural look of the makeup and that it was easy to apply. The Pros and Cons of Pacifica Alight Clean Foundation:
