If you follow their directions it won’t leave a ring. You don’t have to remove the cushions.

The packaging indicates it can be used on plastics, PVC, wood, vinyl, etc. It does not specify 'gutters' but if your gutters are of a material such as above, you might have success with this product.

Does this product work on tree sap?

I am not sure. We own a processing plant. I bought this product to help remove stains off the rugs from where employees come out of processing rooms. It worked great. The rugs were restored to their original color. I loved it.

I am looking to clean the cement patio at my apartment. There is no access to a hose so I need something with minimal rinsing. Will this work?

I used it on furniture, but not cement. There was little residue. It was effective. I think you need to consider how stained the cement is.

Is it good for golf cart seats?

Sorry, don’t know. I use it on my Sunbrella fabric on my outdoor couch & chair.

Carbona Oxy-Powered Outdoor Cleaner works well on various outdoor fabrics such as Sunbrella, outdoor cushions, and furniture as well as for outdoor deck cleaning. Customers have reported that it can remove mildew stains, dirt, grime, and even rust stains from outdoor rugs. Although it may need multiple applications for some surfaces or stains, the results seem to be satisfactory. It comes with an attached scrub brush and is easy to use. However, some customers have reported that the product did not work for them, required a lot of solution or multiple passes even over more stained areas.
