- Question : Can the leaf part be glued to the back of the pendant? I don't want it to showAnswer : Yes. The circular open part of the bail protrudes above the pendant (so a chain or ribbon or wire can fit through) and the leaf part is glued flush against the back of the pendant.

- Question : Can I get the size in inches not mm?Answer : There are different sizes of their bails, which are excellent. If you get online and ask what size in inches a 3mm bail is, they will tell you. You would have to do it for whatever size bail you are interested in and what size fits the item you need the bail. A large item would need the 3mm bail while a small item might need the smaller of their bails. Also, it depends on the size of the chain you are going to use. Very simple.
- Question : What are the outer dimensions of the bail?Answer : The length of a large bail for a pendant is 25 mm and the width at the widest spot is 8 mm. If you want the earring bail, the length is 13 and width is 6 mm.
- Question : How big are these exactly please?Answer : Depends on whether they are small, medium, or large. The key is the size of the bail opening. Will the chain you plan to use fit through the bail opening?
- Question : What is the best glue to use to fasten these bails to glass?Answer : We use a 2 part glue by the name of Tri O lyse. It works pretty well.
