The PreSonus MicroStation BT is a USB-powered device that can be used to connect several sources of audio and act as a monitor controller. Users can enjoy a Bluetooth feature that makes it simple to connect to their phone, and there is no change in sound quality as they incorporate it into their system. It is easy to use, and people without tech knowledge can install it. The subwoofer feature works well, and it is built like a tank. The smooth feel of volume control and easy Bluetooth pairing are impressive, and there are several options for playback sources. The balanced ins and outs are also a plus. However, some cons are also present, including terrible ground noise that can't be removed, customer service that is not available through phone, and difficulty reaching the company when issues arise, including due to added phantom electrical noise or if one's graphics card is in the chain. The Bluetooth volume gain is also perceived as very low by some and might require an additional fix, and the unit sometimes creates audible hiss noises that can compromise the sound. Lastly, it does not support AirPlay, and its tall and bulky design makes it less light on desk space.
