PreSonus Faderport V2 Digital Audio Workstation Controllers Editorial Review
The Presonus ioStation 24c 2x2 USB-C audio interface integrates seamlessly with recording software and incorporates features not advertised. Users have praised its ability to simplify production and for navigating around the project with ease. However, some users had difficulty setting it up with their DAW, particularly when using with Logic; some felt it did not communicate well with the computer. The audio quality was not up to standard with some users reporting error spurs in the ADCs and the main outs were unbalanced. The headphone amp produces a bit of harmonic distortion when cranked. The microphone preamp has enough gain for an SM7B, but no phase invert. The PCB traces were made for manufacturing convenience and not for performance.
