- Question : Will this tent work with a tool box in back of truck?Answer : It will, but you have to Cut it around the toolbox….that’s how I did mine and I get Zero leakage, Buga, Nothing! It’s STILLNtight around the outside of the bed, your just cutting a small rectangle around your box, set the tent up, and hump inside and you’ll see EXACTKY what you have to cut! NONE of these tents support a tool box,nand I had to do this cut on BOTH my trucks, trust me it’s fine! I was a little nervous at first cutting on it to, But another reviewer said that’s how he did it and it turned out perfect and it turned out great for me to sell all goods that ends w
- Question : Can you use this if you have a hard 5 segment folding toneau cover installed?Answer : Seems to me it would get in the way. This tent goes from corner to corner, tight fit. Any toolbox or anything else would hinder it fitting correctly. If you can’t remove it , I’m not seeing it work. If the 5 segments slide out and can be removed, it would be fine.
- Question : Great idea, but one thing is missing, a projected awning supported by poles that gives protection from the rain in warm weather. Is this available??Answer : They make one with an awning.
- Question : Will this work on my Silverado with head rack?Answer : I think it would work but it might be difficult to set up depending on how the head rack is mounted

The tent covers the tailgate as well, and it includes a full rainfly to keep you dry during rainy weather. In case of heavy winds, the tent poles can snap. However, you can purchase extra poles through Napier's website. The manufacturer is also easily contactable via phone, in case of any issues or questions. The tent can be used even if a toolbox is installed in the back, but you have to cut it around the toolbox. The tent also won't work with a hard 5-segment folding tonneau cover installed, as it would get in the way. In conclusion, The Napier Backroadz Truck Tent is perfect for truck camping enthusiasts, providing excellent quality and ample space for a comfortable camping experience.
