I sprayed a bit more on my boots and then just rubbed them with an old red shop towel. No residue. Smooth and shiny. Hope this helps! I love this stuff.

Just spray it on, and leave it on for a couple of minutes if the area is really dirty -- then wipe off with a rag. It cleans and conditions in one step. Great product!

On unfinished leather like a baseball glove. It will darken it, but it works well on unfinished leather to preserve and will take any stiffness out of the glove.

- Question : Safe on plastic?Answer : It won't harm it. But it won't soak into it like it does leather. You will want to wipe it off. If you are talking like so called leather car seats, the only parts that are leather are those you touch when you are sitting on them. The sides and backs are really plastic.
- Question : Ingredients all natural? Chemicals make me sick and I want to use this in my '95 Lincoln Town car so the seats don't crack.Answer : This is not all natural. An all natural leather conditioner would be Fiebings Pure Neatsfoot Oil.
