- Question : What is this mug made of, ceramic or plastic?Answer : Ceramic...it is solo nice to be able to drink some hot coffee now that I can pick it up with two hands to be able to hold it!
- Question : My handles get hot in the microwave - do I have a defective mug?Answer : I don't understand why this happens. We've had 2 of these mugs for several years now and both of them have this problem. Having experienced this with the double handled mugs, I've noticed that some of my single handled mugs also get warm, although not as much as the double-handled ones do.
