The Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser contains Chrysanthemum flower, leaf, and stem, which is similar to purification feverfew, and can be used before applying differin toner and gel. The cleanser has been proven to be effective on dermatitis rash and dry skin. However, the cleanser has a strong fragrance that may exacerbate rosacea or dry skin. The Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser is not recommended for people with rosacea as it can increase redness and breakouts. Some customers also complained about the strong smell and the size of the product needed to create a lather.
