Their previous formula (with hydroquinone)did fade my under eye circles, knuckles, dark neck. I've never tried this formula yet, but I'm about to give it a try because I see they've added really good ingredients.

This cream was good for skin discoloration 3+ weeks of use continuously stay out of sun when using I had dark spots on my forhead and knees n elbows idk why but it helped tremendously.. for dark circles around the eyes n puffiness I recommend clinique brand dark spot eliminator.

Would it help fade neck area?

Have never used it on my neck so don’t know for sure. I did use it onmy cheek where I had a brown spot and it had helped.
