As long as it is under 500 watts and plugged into a 12v battery source. However, I wouldn't buy this product. Mine broke within 3 months and their customer service is zero. I will never buy from this company again.

Will it power a nebulizer for breathing?

Inverter is listed at 300 watts. At 120 volts, that's 2.5 amps. Check the power requirements of the nebulizer. If numbers are smaller than power inverter then there should be no issues.

How would it work when I plug in a 110v/60hz Bluetooth speaker for tailgating?

I returned it as it did not work.

What does the beeping mean? Is there an instruction manual for this because I didn't get very much information on the item?

This is the alarm sound for the protection device to start. When the product used exceeds the specified parameters, there will be a prompt sound. This product has protection against overheating, undervoltage and overvoltage charging, short circuit, overload and overcharge.

What is the power efficiency in converting DC to AC?

The easiest way that I can demonstrate the scientific mathematical quest is by giving you the following personal formula... MY=wm2. My happiness = what matters x what matters. It works. It kept working and still works. Happy with it in a place where there was no 110 for 50 plus miles in which my formula turned 12 volt into 110 volt. :)

This 500W inverter is capable of running small appliances and electronics, however, it is not suitable for coffee makers or heavy loads. It is a modified sine wave inverter with two AC outlets and a DC 5V/2.1A USB output. The device is equipped with various protection mechanisms like overheating, undervoltage and overvoltage charging, short circuit, overload and overcharge. The battery hook up cables are short, around 1ft. The beeping sound indicates that the product is in protection mode. The reviews are mixed, with a few customers having negative experiences with the product. Some reviewers were unable to connect heavy loads, regardless of the advertised wattage, while others found it to work effectively for small appliances like Christmas lights. People did not recommend purchasing this product due to poor customer service and defective devices. It had also apparently stopped working for some after a month or so of use.
