    Answer : Yes. The auger bit worked really well with my 1/2 drill. I use my auger to make holes for tree fertilizer spikes. What used to take several hours, took only 45 minutes. I hope this helped.
  • Question : Will these drill into frozen soil in jan/feb for pipes/posts? need drill 11/2" - 2" diamenter . thanks.
    Answer : Would not drill into hard clay soil, so I do not know if it would fare much better in frozen soil.
  • Question : Does it work with milwaukee drill?
    Answer : Any drill will do (that you can swap in and out drill bits). No difference between Milwaukee or say, Dewalt .. just loosen it up, insert bit into place, then tighten up. Then just use it as a normal bit.
  • Question : Is it able to bore thru wood such as a medium log?
