Will this help me lose weight?

It can be used as a weight loss drink, but if you replace all your meals with it, it is important to take a vitamin with it as it doesn't have molybdenum or selenium and has inadequate amounts of some of the other micronutrients. You would also need to add some protein as the mix only has 5g per serving. If you drink it with regular milk that could be enough protein. It's cheaper than Ensure.

Can this drink be mixed with a bottle blender?

I just use a spoon... sometimes I add things, then I use an immersion blender.
