- Question : What is the weight capacity of this scale?Answer : The weight capacity of this scale is 440lb/200kg.

- Question : Is it just as accurate at 4 pounds as it is in the middle of the measurement range (~150 pounds)?Answer : When I first got it, I checked it across the board with weights from a bag of flour to a computer to tires. In all cases, the weight was within 2 ounces from his certified scale, so I would say the one I got is pretty accurate.
- Question : What is the lowest weight that can be accurately measured?Answer : .5 ounce or .2 kg. with a little maneuvering, putting extra weight on and removing it a little at a time. If you put weight(.5 oz or .2 kg) directly on, it will not display until you remove it and it will display as a negative.

It measures pounds and ounces; as well as kilograms. This is not designed to weigh mail but is sensitive enough to weigh ounces only.

- Question : I own a restaurant and need to weigh seafood like crabs and lobster in heavy duty crates upwards of 200lbs, would this scale work?Answer : It seems to be a pretty sturdy scale and I haven't experienced any problems using it for that weight range. However, due to the size of the scale, it may wear out quickly if consistently weighing close to 200lb crates. Also, it's not waterproof if there is moisture from the crates. I see this scale as more suitable for office use and occasional heavy weight items.

- Question : Why did it take a week to ship out?Answer : Because companies have backlogs on orders. For faster delivery, it is recommended to go to a walk-in office supply store.

ACCUTECK Postal Scales Editorial Review
This product is said to be very accurate across the weight range, as measured by a friend with a certified scale. It is capable of measuring weights as low as .5 ounces with some maneuvering, and can display negative weights. However, it is not UL approved. This scale is recommended for office use rather than heavy or prolonged use. A customer who used this scale for a wildlife rehab clinic found it to be inaccurate compared to other scales. Another customer reported that their scale stopped working after 4 months, but the seller was responsive and replaced it. Overall, customers have found this scale to be lightweight, accurate, and perfect for office use.
