Perhaps water resistant if you splash water on it, it will start flaking off quite easily. But if you don’t get it wet, it looks great all day. However, still love the mascara and for times when I’m not going to be swimming I use it regularly because it is so lush, glossy and really extends your lashes. Plus, it is super easy to get off at the end of the day with some water and a make up cloth.

This mascara is not waterproof, but water-resistant. It does smudge for some and is difficult to remove completely. The mascara is made in China and comes in the color black. The brush nicely separates lashes without clumping, and it is recommended to go slow during application to avoid clumping. Despite having a weird formula and smelling strongly of chemicals for some, it extends and spreads lashes out. Some people have expressed concern about the formula causing a tingling sensation, but this hasn't been a widespread issue. Although it lacks volume, it still looks good and stays in place all day without leaving smudges. Customers with short and straight lashes may find it challenging to apply and get good results, but the container is pretty enough to keep.
