- Question : Does an exercise sheet come with the stepper?Answer : We put a manual with some simple guidance in the package.

- Question : Has this stepper been okay for people with bad knees?Answer : I agree my knees are bad need a have resistance control to loosen.
- Question : I have size 12 feet, will I fit in the pedals?Answer : I wear size 11w in women's (9.5 or 10 in men's) and the foot pedals are plenty big.
- Question : How to turn off the screen when I'm done?Answer : After completion, you don't need to do anything, as long as you stop moving, the LCD screen will automatically close.
- Question : After 20 min of use, how long do you need to wait before you can use the stepper again?Answer : You can use it as much or as often as you like.
- Question : I'm 350. What might happen if I use this now instead of when I get down to the weight capacity?Answer : I would recommend walking a good 30 minutes plus would help a lot before you want to purchase this machine as it will help the same way and when you reach the weight capacity it will work best so you can have it for a longer time to exercise on. I am on the heavy side too, so I was scared to purchase, but I did meet the weight capacity to use this machine as I still haven't used it a lot but do put time in walking distances.
- Question : Can it withstand 100 kg?Answer : If I understand the question correctly my answer is yes. A person of a certain weight class can certainly use it up to 300 lbs.
- Question : Is there a way to buy the handlebar separately?Answer : You can’t purchase a separate handlebar for stepper unless you buy the stepper that includes the handlebar. There are special screws needed if you install a handlebar to stepper.
- Question : Does this mini stair stepper come assembled in the package?Answer : Pretty much. All you need to do is install the battery in the digital display and plug it in.
