Propper Military Editorial Review
If you're in need of a reliable, durable patrol cap, you might want to take a look at the Propper ACU Patrol Cap. Made with 50/50 cotton and nylon, this cap meets Air Force regulations and closely resembles the GI issued patrol cap. It has a super stiff brim that can be easily shaped to your liking and is compliant with the AR. However, there are some problems with sizing. Many customers have ordered multiple times, only to find that the sizes are not correct and the cap runs small. Others have reported that the brim is thicker than the ones sold on post.
