- Question : Will this fit 98 honda civic ex?Answer : They should fit anything that uses r134a
- Question : Will the bore allow removal of the newer larger shrader valves?Answer : Not sure of the larger valve issue. If its a replacement shrader valve, it should fit. Test fit your replacement shrader through the tool before attempting the extraction. With the extractor separated from the tool, check if it will snap on to the old shrader. My issue with this tool was that it would not grab the old one. I had to burp the ball valve and shoot the old shrader out.
- Question : Will this grab and clamps onto the shrader valve stem to extract it?Answer : It would no fit the shrader valve on a 2007 f-150. The shrader valve is too large.
- Question : Will this work on a 2002 Ford F150?Answer : No, it will not work because the freon’s pressure will knock the valve core off the tool and it stays inside the valve. You need a machine to remove the freon, then you can replace the valve’s cores, then put the freon back into system. This is the only way to do it. Good lucks.
