Yes these cards are fully dual interface. That is, all functionality accessible on the contact interface is available on the contactless interface as well. Any contactless PC connected reader that supports ISO 14443 can support the C910.

Are these cards compliant with the standards of iso 7816-1,2,3,4 microprocessor cards, t=0 and t=1 protocols?

Yes, these cards are ISO 7816-4 and ISO 14443 compliant.

No middleware per se but it does require a minidriver from pivkey to read the card proper, but to add certificates to the key it does require software provided by pivkey.
