Excedrin 300672039927 Acetaminophen Editorial Review

Excedrin Migraine is marketed for migraine relief, but it is the same medication as regular Excedrin Extra Strength. Both contain 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin, and 65mg caffeine. However, dosing guidelines differ: only one Excedrin Migraine should be taken for migraines, while up to two Extra Strength can be taken. This does not make sense since both pills are the same. Some users report that one Excedrin Migraine works for them, while others require two. It takes about 20-30 minutes for users to feel relief.
