The carriers are well made with no problems related to the product itself. They are spacious enough to accommodate standard size serving pans, and the dividers allow for easy organisation. Customers have put full aluminium trays and 2 short trays in one row. However, the customer service isn't top-notch, as one customer received a damaged unit and had to use the backup hinge that was provided immediately.
