The pictures on the box are all in glasses that traditionally use cold or tepid water. Plus, since the drink has a slight fizziness as it dissolves, I think that might be lost in hot water. The expiration is stamped on the bottom of individual boxes. I'm on my last box of 90-day supply and 'Best before' date is July 2021. I've never come across any that were close to expiring before I used it.

Cost of this compared to stores is pretty comparable or even less.

The ingredients say it has fructose. I thought fructose was bad for you. Let me know if this is so. Thanks

Fructose is from fruit. Please don't confuse high fructose corn syrup with fructose. They are different. Fresh fruit has fructose as that's where they get it.
