Although the packaging is lacking in quality with many customers complaining about receiving damaged boxes or envelopes. The majority of questions related to the crystal tea bags (which are not made of silk) and the tea ingredients. It is not a decaf tea and the tea bags contain loose leaves. The Earl Grey flavor is not made with whole citrus fruits. The tea bags and the packaging materials are made out of a silky mesh.
