This Gamma Seal Lid Variety Pack comes with 6 different colored lids and fits most bucket brands between 3.5 and 7 gallons. The lid has two parts, a seal pounded into the bucket and a lid that screws into the seal. The color coding feature is great for storing long-term items. The lids are not suitable for food storage and not recommended for actual canning. Customer service was excellent, and the Poly Farm vendor is highly recommended. Some customers received lids that were cracked upon arrival, and others reported cracking after some time of use. The rings must be used on a five-gallon bucket or one with the same diameter to avoid damage to the ring.
