Spiglamm Hinges 8 Pack Folding Brackets Editorial Review
**** The collapsible hinges have won over many DIY enthusiasts and casual users with their robust Construction and versatility. Users appreciate the strong locking mechanism that ensures stability while utilising the hinges in various projects, from folding puzzle tables to portable bars. The initial stiffness experienced upon installation tends to ease, allowing for smoother operation once in place. Many reviews highlight the ease of installation, with clear instructions that guide users effectively through the setup process. Additionally, the hinges are designed to withstand repeated use, which users find reassuring when incorporating them into everyday creations. One notable feature is the quality of the screws provided—far superior compared to those typically included with similar products—allowing for confident mounting without the fear of stripping. However, a common feedback point is the inadequacy of screws, as users often find themselves short for the number of holes, leading to the need for additional purchases. On the downside, some users mention that the levers used for folding can be improved in terms of usability, as they may require a bit of practice to operate smoothly when first installed. The size discrepancy noted by one user regarding the hinges not matching the advertised dimensions may also lead to minor frustrations. Overall, these collapsible hinges deliver on their promise of strength, ease of installation, and functionality, making them a solid choice for anyone looking to add a folding mechanism to their projects. **
