In my experience it is compatible with other sets. It looks like the same Chinese company makes several different sets that are then sold under various brand names by other companies (e.g., Galt).

Are all Galt marble run sets comparable w each other? I have a 30 piece set but would like to add on.

We have combined 2 different Galt Marble sets without issue. Sizing seems to be standardized, at least between the 2 sets we have.
