One customer states they were impressed with the unit's ability to collect hair in the clean container instead of wrapping around the rollers. Another satisfied customer states that the unit has great suction and is easy to use, and a third noted that the vacuum is well designed and portable. However, one customer pointed out a design flaw where the release lever for tilting the handle backward causes the suction unit to become loose from the base, and the customer advises to be careful when using it.
