The outer fabric is almost a fake leather and not a familiar material for underwear in most people's experience. The pouch is a bit small, so if you're excited when you put this on, you'll have to readjust when you calm down. The waistband could move a bit, but the center string barely felt like it was there. The string is a bit wide, but it feels comfortable enough, and it does slide to the side if needed. Overall, it's a good fit, and it's sexy, but not everyone might like it.
