- Question : What’s the code to unlock the luggage? No directions.Answer : The default code is 0000 which is found inside the zipper pocket along with instructions on how to change it.
- Question : Does the carry-on have a battery for charging phones?Answer : No, there is no battery charger. These are no longer allowed on domestic flights.
- Question : Has anybody replaced the wheels? Which wheel replacements work best? Where did you get them?Answer : I haven't. It is recommended to contact customer support directly for wheel replacements.
