Snap close or twist close?

It's a twist closure. It's virtually the same pen as a Sailor 1911S but with a steel nib and slightly simpler trim.

What kind of converter is compatible with this pen?

I purchased the Sailor brand converter to go with it.

Yes, the pen comes with black ink cartridges.

My nib does't mark 1911? Do you have 1911 written on the nib?

Yes, my nib is silver colored and has 1911 on it. Personally I dislike this nib, so maybe try it out and see if you like it before you send it back, if that is what you do. It is a steel nib, so even if it does not have the 1911, I would try it and keep it if I liked it. Maybe they make a steel nib without the 1911, and maybe it is better? Just my thoughts. Good luck!
