- Question : I'm confused...I can buy a 32oz for $7.99 or a 64oz for $17.99. No price break for the 64oz?Answer : Do as I did, buy two of the 32oz bottles and save $2.01.
- Question : Is the multisurface cleaner a disinfectant also?Answer : There is nothing that says it is. It's a cleaner but not like lysol where it kills germs.
- Question : Do they sell replacement plastic containers if I want to switch between the hard wood floor solution and the multi surface solution?Answer : Good question - I would think you could purchase a replacement/new unit so that you could keep a spare for the other solution.
- Question : Can this cleaning formula be used on natural stone tile?Answer : No.
- Question : Does the multi-surface formula remove grout sealer?Answer : No.
- Question : Does this come in a larger bottle?Answer : Good question; however, we do not sell this formula in a larger bottle size.
- Question : Can I use this for my Tineco One?Answer : I'm using this solution in my Tineco iFloor (original, base model) and I LOVE it. It cleans beautifully!!
- Question : Is this okay for linoleum?Answer : I do not have linoleum and don't know the answer.
- Question : Can this solution be used safely on wool rugs?Answer : I've used it to spot-clean my wool rug, but I feel it's broken down the rug's ability to repel dirt and now has hard-to-remove stains. No, would be my answer knowing what I now know.
