- Create hand-drawings in foil: add your own design or message to your deco foil project
- Create unique backgrounds: add that extra wow factor to your paper craft project by foiling stenciled designs using our iCraft Deco Foil Designer Stencils (sold separately)
- Simple to use: First, freehand or stencil with adhesive pen and let dry for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Second, place any color foil over design (color side facing up). Third, run through your laminator or die-cutting machine. You now have that personal touch added to your project
- Use with iCraft Deco Foil Transfer Sheets or Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web Fancy Foils

- Question : What is the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen used for?Answer : The Deco Foil Adhesive Pen is used to apply foil to paper. It is perfect for hand-drawn or stenciled designs.
- Question : How do I use the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen?Answer : Simply hand-draw or stencil a design on your paper, cover it with foil, and run it through a die cutting machine or laminator.
- Question : Is the adhesive permanent?Answer : Yes, the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen provides a permanent adhesive bond.
- Question : Can this be used with tonic studios gilding flakes - with no heat?Answer : I haven't used tonic studios gilding flakes but I did use embossing glitter with this adhesive pen and no heat and it stuck really well.
- Question : Has anyone used this with heat on fabric? If so, did it stand up to hand-washing?Answer : I haven't tried that with this pen. However, they also make a product called 'iCraft Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive, 2.1 Fl oz' that is used on fabric and can be washed.
- Question : Can you use this pen in the Cricut Maker or Cameo 4?Answer : No, not that I am aware. There is a glue tool by American Crafts for that.
- Question : Can this be used on candles/wax?Answer : We haven't tested it on candles as the Pen Adhesive is intended for paper crafting projects.
- Question : How do you wash it off a stencil?Answer : You can wash the stencil off with luke-warm water and soap. If you're having issues with that, you can use our iCraft Pick-Up Adhesive remover or hand sanitizer.
- Question : Does this work with the Heidi Swapp Minc products?Answer : Yes, it will work with some of those products.
- Question : Will this work on fluid paint pour and on top of resin after it dries?Answer : I doubt it. I did not think it was very good.
- Question : Has anyone tried this with the deco foil flock transfer sheets and a laminator? Does this work like the duo or blanco gel?Answer : It does work. I don’t know what duo or blanco gel is, but I used it and then put it through my laminator and it was fine.

iCraft 4824 Transfer Paper Editorial Review
The iCraft Deco Foil Adhesive Pen is a versatile tool that works well for intricate detailing in art projects. The pen is easy to use and produces instant results, making it a favorite for both beginners and experienced artists. The adhesive has excellent adhesion and is perfect for watercolor resist pieces and stencil transfers onto canvas. While the pen is excellent for paper crafting, it is not ideal for candles and wax projects. Though, it can be used with other product lines such as the Heidi Swapp Minc. Overall, the iCraft Deco Foil Adhesive Pen is an excellent product that will make your artwork pop.
