- Question : What is the length of the handle?Answer : The handle is 5 feet extra-long.
- Question : Is the middle wheel removable?Answer : Yes, the middle wheel is removable for cultivating custom widths of soil or around rows of plants.
- Question : What is the size of the spikes?Answer : The spikes are 1.5 inches long for deep cultivation and aeration.
- Question : Can this be used on grassy areas?Answer : This will aerate grassy areas in terms of poking holes in the ground, but it will not be the right tool to tear through the grass and weeds and toss/cultivate the surface material. You will need a gas/electric cultivator for that.
- Question : One tine would not fit into the holder, what should I do?Answer : Not sure from your description, but could be blemish from production process. If the tyne doesn’t fit in any of the receivers, I suggest filing down the blemish to conform with the shape of the other two or contacting seller for replacement tyne. My cultivator had no such protrusion.

- Question : How do I unlock the handle if it's stuck?Answer : My suggestion is to tap the handle where handle joins then grip the black spike holder firmly while twisting the telescopic handle in an anti clockwise direction. This should unlock the handle. then, pull up on the handle to extend.

- Question : What is the company's replacement policy if a tine breaks during usage?Answer : Contact them as long as it happens under normal operating condition
- Question : Is the head made of plastic?Answer : The pole, tines, and tine holder are all metal.
- Question : What are the tines made of?Answer : The entire cultivator, including the tines, are metal. The exception is the rubber grip.
