As I'm closing it I make sure the little needle the punctures the K-Cups will not puncture the tea bags. So you can't put like five tea bags inside but for a normal cup of tea yes certainly.

The product does not contain soy lecithin and does not have any added sugar. You can use these tea bags in a reusable k-cup, as long as you take out all the extra pieces for the K-Cup so the little needle does not puncture the tea bags.
