The Abena Abri-Flex Premium Protective Underwear is a pull-up style product for adult incontinence. While it was not a good fit for some customers, others found it to be the best pull-up on the market. One customer reported that this product caused irritation to their husband's hips and was no more absorbent than other brands. They also found the elastic on the legs to be annoying and the product to be bulky. Another customer stated that their mother did not like it, but someone else reported that their mother had never had a leak with it. Yet another customer reported that it leaked terribly for their husband but was pleased with the Abena M4s. The most positive feedback came from a customer who had tried other American brands with absorbent linings that often leaked but found the Abena Abri-Flex to work far better. However, they did note the product was expensive.
