Answer : Yes, this product can be mixed with 99% isopropyl alcohol, 95% or 75% ethanol to make hand sanitizer. Although shaking it up makes a very fine suspension, some organic plant matter or cellulose may not dissolve. Filtering the mixture through paper towels can be done to get a clear hand sanitizer.
