The Vitamix E310 is a powerful blender that is perfect for making smoothies, soups, peanut butter and vegan nut cheeses. The tamper that comes with the blender is helpful when you have a lot of food inside the blender and it facilitates the mixing for a smoother result. The blender is loud but quieter than other blenders. It is easy to clean after making nut butters. The bowl or glass part is smaller than one would expect and does not blend as smoothly as the larger one. The blender can shut off randomly and there may be seeds and nut butter that can get stuck under the blades. However, the blender is a reliable and effective kitchen appliance that is worth the price.
