Or do they automatically turn on when the cabinet is opened?Answer : There is a switch underneath the organization tray directly underneath the mirror. In the on position, it will automatically turn on whenever you open the cabinet door. In the off position it stays off.
- Question : Does it have a place for post earrings?Answer : There are holes on the earring rack, but I can't figure out how post/stud earrings stay in place. Slots are for hook style earrings. I put my post earrings in the makeup tray slots for lipstick.

- Question : Would this work well for a man? Specifically the ring holders... I have really big rings, thick and wide, biker rings, skull rings etc...Answer : If they’re really big rings, they’re probably gonna fall off. It's hard to stick if they are wide.
