The Talisman 4th Edition City Expansion is a great addition to the base game. Although it no longer has occupations, it does have new characters, items, and adventure cards. The expansion adds another dimension to the game, providing new strategies to get ahead of others. While the box is smaller and not as nice quality with all the compartments for cards and characters, the characters and cards are all the same. The city expansion gives some order to the chaos of the board, requiring players to have enough gold to go shopping downtown. Overall, the Talisman 4th Edition City Expansion is a fun addition to the base game and is highly recommended for fans of the game.
