The Seeking Health HomocysteX Plus supplement is described by users as an effective product for inflammation and to improve homocysteine parameters. It is recommended for individuals with histamine-related inflammation and chronic pain. In response to user questions, the product does not contain magnesium or zinc, and people with MTHFR issues tend to have trouble with metals. The HomocysteX Plus contains significantly higher amounts of L-5-MTHF and Vitamin B12 than the B Complex Plus supplement, but contains only four of the B vitamins. Some users experienced some issues with the product, whereas others saw a significant improvement in their health conditions.
