This product is made from ABS plastic and is white in color, making it easy to blend in with most walls or ceilings. It is easy to install with any Construction adhesive. However, there are some drawbacks to this product. One of the main complaints is the lack of a handle or indentation for easier opening of the door. This can make it difficult to open, especially in hard-to-reach locations. Another con is the flimsiness of this product, making the door hard to open. This panel is not adjustable and the flange cannot be removed. Overall, the Vent Systems 8x12 Access Panel is a good quality product that serves its intended purpose well. It is easy to install and works as advertised.
