If you're looking for a medium-to-firm foam roller, then this product might be a good buy for you. Made of molded polypropylene foam technology, it has a smooth surface, preserving its shape after moderate to intense use. It is easy to clean, though garden hoses are not recommended, only mild cleaner with a washcloth. The product's firmness seems to be medium density and has zero prop. 65 warning, according to US Manufacture. There have been contradicting comments about its firmness, but it's safe to say it falls under Medium density.
