- Question : What water should be used to mix the Nasaline salt?Answer : Distilled, sterilized, or filtered tap water with an absolute pore size of 1 micron or smaller should be used.
- Question : How long can the saline be used after it's mixed?Answer : The saline should be used within 24 hours or discarded.
- Question : What does the kit include?Answer : The kit includes the Squeezie device, 50 pre-measured packets of salt, and instructions.
- Question : Does this work better than the regular bottle(the one with a straw)? Does it hold enough to do both nostrils?Answer : This device is used with the User's head upright whereas the bottle needs to have the head tilted down into the sink. The Squeezie can also be used by children as young as 2 years old, whereas the bottle is for ages 4-10 for the Pediatric bottle and 10+ for the regular bottle. There is enough volume to be used in both nostrils.
- Question : Can this device be boiled for sanitizing?Answer : We don't recommend boiling the device to sanitize it. You can sanitize it by washing it with soap, rinsing the soap off, then putting the device in the microwave with residual moisture for 40 seconds and that will sanitize the device.

I used to put other kind with water in it in microwave for 45 secondsAnswer : After you have cleaned the bottle with sanitized water and a drop of soap or baby shampoo, rinse and shake out excess water. Then put on paper towel and microwave for 40-60 seconds, dry, not with water in it

- Question : Is this microwave safe?Answer : For cleaning, we recommend that you microwave Squeezie for 45 seconds (ensure it is empty) - this will kill any bacteria. Regular washing with soap and warm water is also OK (fill halfway and shake vigorously). Note: We recommend replacing the unit every 3 months for hygienic and functional reasons. Also, do not wash in dishwasher. Do not boil. Store in dry environment.
- Question : Does this include any saline packets?Answer : Yes it does about 50 or so. After you run out of packets you can use regular salt. 1/4 tsp for 8 oz of water.

The Squip Näsakleen Squeezie is a recommended nasal wash device that functions by using its user's head upright ensuring not much space is required for its use. It can be used by children as young as two years, and it has enough volume for use on both nostrils. Sanitation is possible through washing off soap residue and microwaving with residual moisture for 40 seconds. The device is composed of silicone and BPA free. Though it comes with around 50 saline packets, regular salt can be used instead of them. Customer Satisfaction: The nasal wash device is satisfactory to a majority of customers, who have used it for several years on their children, while some Consider it an innovative design. There are few negative reviews; one customer stated that it was hard to use and leaky while another felt it had no spray, messy and not easy to use.
